1 Acceptance of Terms

7 Prohibited Activities

10 Limitation of Liability

• Any third-party claims arising in connection with your use of kw777.

kw777's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents is limited to the amount deposited by you to your kw777 account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

Nothing in these Terms excludes kw777's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Termination

11.1 Termination by kw777

kw777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, with or without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms, violation of PAGCOR regulations, fraudulent activity, or where required by applicable law or regulatory directive. Upon termination for cause, kw777 may withhold account balances pending regulatory review and investigation. Any amounts determined not to constitute proceeds of prohibited activity will be returned to you via your verified payment method.

11.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your kw777 account at any time by contacting kw777 customer support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Prior to account closure, all pending bonus wagering requirements will be voided and any remaining real-money balance (net of any promotional credits) will be returned to your verified withdrawal method within 5 business days.

12 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Both parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms. 13 Amendments to These Terms

kw777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or through an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amendment takes effect, except where an immediate amendment is required by applicable law, PAGCOR directive, or to address security vulnerabilities.
